This state of the art access control system eliminates the confusion of gate entry.
Residents may have several permanent guest added to their list. The security officer
would have to ask the guest for their drivers license and swipe it to obtain the
information. The system reads the magnetic strip on the back of the drivers license and
inserts that information directly into the pass. The officer then would print a pass for that
specific day. The system will then print a pass and allow access to the property. All
information is stored within the system and gives exact date and time of the guest.
Inter State Security will provide all data entry into the system.
An Optional High Density color auto focus camera which can be positioned to read the
license plates of incoming guest vehicles, allowing the officer to record this information
without exiting the gatehouse. This camera may be connected to a recording device.
The system includes a new Dell computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse and software.
This is a customized system and is unique to Inter State Security Corporation and the
associations name will be printed on all passes as well as system screens. Incident
reports, daily reports, activity logs all can be incorporated into this system, thus
eliminating all paperwork.
